You will engage with customers, providing exemplary service related to our stylish collections and ensuring that every interaction reflects our brand’s commitment to quality and satisfaction. Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and returns.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout all interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions to help improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge to better serve customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated.
- A genuine passion for fashion and understanding of the apparel industry.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
