Your Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with airline reservations, changes, and cancellations.
- Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Document customer interactions accurately to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve service targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about airline policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Icelandic) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Experience in customer service is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
