Collaborating to recruit candidates with highly technical and specialized skills to fill current or future vacancies. Primarily interact with potential candidates personally or online, and schedule interviews with HR staff members. They also maintain candidate databases and new joiner.
Responsibilities:
- Communicates with user for the available positions and their requirements
- Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database for new and future hires
- Create talent pipelines for future staffing needs
- Liaise with the user for open positions and staffing needs
- Create a proactive sourcing strategy to attract top talent
- Maintains social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates
- Develops database for current and future hires
- Build rapport with potential candidates
- Maintain company brand image through the sourcing process
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a technical sourcer, recruitment agent, consultant or related role
- Knowledge in Google Workspace and database systems such as ATS programs
- Expert to recruit Non Technology team for VP up Level
- Understanding of full cycle recruitment process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to working independently and has leadership skills
