Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of elderly patients and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to established guidelines and protocols
• Monitor the health status of patients, documenting progress and addressing any changes in condition
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families about care options and health management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care plans and improve patient outcomes
• Maintain high standards of care in compliance with health regulations and best practices

Requirements

• NMC registration as a Registered Nurse is essential.
• Specialization or experience in elderly care is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

• Willingness to relocate to Wales and embrace the local culture and community.
• Proficiency in managing patient care in a fast-paced setting.
