As a Facilities Custodian, you will play a role in maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment for our employees and members. Your responsibilities will include:

Cleaning and Sanitizing: Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, breakrooms, kitchens, common areas, and high-touch surfaces.

Routine Maintenance: Regularly carrying out cleaning tasks such as emptying trash, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

Supply Management: Stocking restrooms and breakrooms, monitoring cleaning supplies, and requesting replenishment as needed.

Room Preparation: Preparing meeting rooms for special setups as required.

Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and PPE.

Additional Duties: Performing other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in a custodial role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
