JOB TITLE: Nightshift Car Park Cleaning Operative

LOCATION: ST ENOCH CENTRE

PAY RATE: £12.12 per hour

SHIFT PATTERN: 5 over 7 including weekends (Scheduled days off will change month by month)

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week

As a Nightshift Car Park Cleaning Operative, you will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of car park areas during off-peak hours. Your primary responsibilities will involve cleaning and tidying up car park facilities, including litter picking, removing debris, and ensuring that all areas are free from hazards. You will also assist in the safe disposal of waste and maintain an organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and maintain car park areas, ensuring a safe and tidy environment
• Collect and dispose of waste appropriately
• Conduct regular inspections of the car park and report any safety concerns
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective operations
• Maintain logs of cleaning activities and waste disposal

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities maintenance role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work night shifts and at varying times if required
• Ability to adhere to health and safety regulations
