You will be the direct point of contact for trading related issues overnight which include risk management, communication with Managed Service suppliers, resolution of trading-based issues, support to the maintaining site content, creation and settlement of proposition markets as required, and awareness of regional and global risk.
You must have a passion for sports and have a proven record for producing proposition markets across a variety of sports including but not limited to Football, Boxing, MMA, Basketball, Tennis, and NFL.
You will excel in building and maintaining relationships with internal operational teams to ensure the trading service is maintained 24/7 and that customer expectations are met around the clock.

We are open to this role being based remotely in either Gibraltar, Malta or the UK.
As our new Night Trader - DAZN Bet, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Manage ongoing risk of the sports betting liabilities and take action as required
- Use real-time event monitors to ensure our trading coverage is met according to SLAs
- Monitor industry market movements to ensure our product and markets are aligned
- Contribute to the profiling of customers to cover their risk profile.
- Provide ongoing communication with Managed Trading Service suppliers to further the trading framework for different markets and event profiles.
- Work with regional content teams to deliver betting opportunities specific to regional needs whilst identifying threats and opportunities
- Manage site content as required in line with business/locale requirements
- Produce bespoke sports betting proposition markets establishing KPIs against which performance will be assessed
- Ensure accurate and immediate settlement of all markets and that bet queries from our customers are followed-up in a timely manner.
- Make recommendations in terms of our product mix, these would be both feed driven and manually created to help bring our product ambitions to life.
- Analyse trading performance against group KPI’s to help with achieving the strategic objectives.
- Research specific sports to ensure expertise of product delivery escalating where we can improve In-Play and Pre-match.
- Provide support to operational teams and drive a culture of discipline, excellence and development.
- Resolve customer queries related to bets placed or general sportsbook content
- Resolve issues arising from individual trading related errors
- Ensure all product falls within regulatory requirements
You'll have:
- Experience within the online sports betting industry, trading preferential
- Experience in the production of bespoke proposition markets
- Delivery of client resolutions to sportsbook related areas
- Knowledge of sportsbook content and risk management tools
- Ability to create betting markets on demand linked to DAZN streaming content
- Experience in customer profiling
- An expert knowledge of betting, statistical data, and probabilities
- An understanding of product restrictions in given jurisdictions
- Analytical approach to market trends
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills with fluent English language skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
