NIGHT SERVICE MANAGER - Rialto, Ca.

Lewis Apartment Communities is actively recruiting for a full-time, personable and responsible individual for the important career of Night Service Manager at Linden Court, our 180-home Lewis-owned community in Rialto, CA.

This full-time evening and night hour career (approx. 5:30pm for 8-hour shifts) would provide supervision of the apartment community by enforcing rules and regulations in a positive, proactive manner.

Parking enforcement, property patrols, minor maintenance trouble-shooting to assist our residents, and an overall "customer service-first approach" to Lewis residents will be just part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications & duties for success:

-Previous military, public safety, law enforcement and/or customer service management experience highly preferred
-Previous experience working with the public/customers

-Documenting and writing up shift reports/daily logs for community activity, resident service, parking reports, etc.

-Directing and handling automobile towing situations
-Acting as a liaison with city/county police, fire and other emergency services

-Distributing resident correspondence, newsletters, citations, or other communications after-hours
-Top candidates will have the ability to handle stressful situations professionally, self-supervise and work independently

Note: Drug screen & Background performed upon hire

In addition to your competitive hourly wage of $22.50/hour, Lewis offers $60/month cellphone allowance, annual bonus and raise potential, a variety of health benefits, 401k with company match, and much more. Days off are Weds/Thurs.
