Night Cleaning Team Lead

LOCATION: London SE1 7TP

SHIFT PATTERN: Monday-Friday 22.45-6.45

We are currently recruiting for a Night Cleaning Team Leader at ABM UK, a leading facilities management company. As a Night Cleaning Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations during the night shift and ensuring that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate a team of night cleaning operatives
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members
• Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies
• Carry out regular inspections to identify any maintenance issues or cleaning deficiencies
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required
