JOB TITLE: Night Cleaning Operative

LOCATION: 25 Bank Street, London

PAY RATE: £13.15 per hour

SHIFT PATTERN: Sunday to Thursday, 40 hours per week, 5 on 2 off

Overview of Job Description: 

Experienced cleaning operatives with great attention to detail required. 

ABM uniforms will be provided and must be worn at all times. 

Must be able to carry out cleaning duties as directed by the line manager or supervisor. 

​​Role and Responsibilities​ 

Duties include but are not limited to: 

• Office/Work station cleaning 

• Hard floor/Carpet cleaning (usage of buffing/scrubber dryer machines) 

• Vacuuming/Dusting/Waste removal 

• Kitchenette/Vending area cleaning 

• Toilet cleaning 

• Fogging 

Person specification: 

• Previous cleaning experience essential 

• Good communication skills both verbal and written 

• Smart and clean appearance 

• Can work individually or as part of a team 

​​Preferred Skills​ 

Experience using hard floor/carpet cleaning machines preferred but not essential (training will be given) 

Experience working nights is an advantage but not essential 

​​Additional Notes​ 

As part of the recruitment process all applicants must go through and pass a client mandated vetting process, all successful candidates will be required to complete a full background verification and security clearance checks, including but not limited to criminal and credit checks prior to enrolment. All applicants will be asked to provide documented evidence of eligibility and all applicants will need to have 5 years of verifiable home addresses and employment history, this process will be explained in more detail at interview stage if necessary.
