1 Gather/understand business goals through engaging with clients stakeholders
2 Proven experience collecting requirements and translating them into technical specifications
3 Work effectively at different levels to define business needs and processes for operations
4 Implement and maintain Copado-based CI/CD processes to enable efficient and reliable Salesforce deployments
5 Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure seamless transitions from development to production environments
6 Collaborate closely with Salesforce development teams to enforce DevOps best practices and improve overall delivery pace
7 Continuously optimize the DevOps processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational overhead
[Required work experience and Skills]
1 6-10 years of experience (preferably in insurance projects)
2 Experience of Salesforce configuration - user/role/profile setup, record sharing, workflows, validation rules, etc.
3 Proficient in implementing and managing Copado DevOps solutions for Salesforce
4 Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) tools and processes, such as Git, Jenkins, and Ant
5 Strong understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and best practices
6 Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve deployment issues
7 Experience in Agile environment
