Primary Function of Position:
Intuitive designs and manufactures highly complex mechanical systems for use in surgery. The New Product Development Lab Coordinator and Technician is responsible for maintaining the Advanced Energy Lab, supporting the development, documentation, and validation of new product design and supporting the sustaining engineering required on existing products.
The NPD Lab Coordinator and Technician will support design engineers to build, test and characterize new prototypes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization and time management skills, be proficient in design, manufacturing, and testing processes. They must excel in a highly motivated team environment focused on cutting edge technology and possess exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders. The candidate should be resourceful with a ‘can do’ attitude and comfortable working with minimal supervision and work instructions.
