Job Title: New Business Development Manager
Location: UK – Remote with regular travel
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + uncapped OTE, including car or car allowance

As part of their ongoing expansion, they are looking for a highly motivated New Business Development Manager to help drive their growth by securing new business opportunities and expanding their market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal marketing and lead generation teams to develop and convert new customer opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new markets, customers, and products.
- Engage in cold calling, contract negotiations, and client presentations.
- Develop tailored business proposals and manage the full sales cycle, from pitching to contract implementation.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to stay on top of market trends and establish valuable relationships.
- Achieve and exceed new business targets, while maintaining strong product knowledge and market insight.
- Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and sales management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective delivery.
- Provide regular feedback on customer needs and market trends to influence business strategy.
Requirements
About You:
- Proven experience in business development, ideally in a B2B setting.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Results-driven with the ability to meet ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for developing new business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events
