Due to significant growth within our Education Technology Division we are recruiting for a New Business Development Manager to join the Civica Education business. The main focus of this role is to to build long-term relationships with new customers within the education sector based around the UK and to create incremental sales of a variety of Civica's education technology solutions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be excited by the opportunity to add value to the customer, keen to share relevant insights and knowledge so the customer wants to meet with you. You build deep trust based on understanding what the customer wants to achieve professionally and personally.

The successful candidate will have a background working within a New Business roles within the Software industry preferably selling into the Education sector or the wider public sector.

You will be able to evidence experience of delivering sales targets. You will have excellent communication skills, and demonstrable experience in a new business position.
