The Role:

As a Sales Generation Lead in our growing and well invested Design, Engineering and Science (DES) Sales team, you will assist in delivering PA’s ambitious growth targets by engaging and building relationships with new clients throughout Europe and the US. Collaborating with Marketing and dedicated researchers. You will be expected to identify prospective clients that match the strategic ambitions of PA, diagnose how PA could provide solutions to their unique challenges and, in conjunction with internal Subject Matter Experts, generate and implement creative outreach strategies. Targeted sales prospecting allows us to focus on building relationships with clients where we can add meaningful value to their business, while building long term relationships with ours, resulting in a more scalable sales process.    

PA is full of incredible subject matter experts all keen to tackle complex challenges. A key part of your role will be to engage with the wider organization to identify and successfully convert new business opportunities.

 

  • Develop high level understanding of trends across the markets PA operates.  
  • Strategically prospect into specific target organizations.  
  • Generate compelling and creative angles for individual outreach.  
  • Utilize tools such as Sales Navigator and internal CRM.  
  • Build and develop C-suite and leadership level client relationships.  
  • Represent DES’s breadth of capabilities both internally and externally.  
  • Collaborate with Senior Sales team and internal SMEs to craft uncover new opportunities.    
  • Network internally to understand PA’s teams capabilities, track records, and strengths to ensure the right team is on the job

Salary plan: Minimum base starting at $150,000, plus bonus up to 30% of base and Qual
