Job Summary:
We are looking for a Network/Systems Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. You will be part of our highly collaborative IT team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network and systems architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs.
 
Your mission will be to ensure our corporate and retail systems/networks can make every guest experience memorable and enable them to provide the highest quality service. You will provide a first line of support, reviewing and acting on support requests, diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues, and coordinating with application and systems teams. You will be an instrumental part of our family, forging and maintaining great relationships with the teams you support. Most importantly, you will take pride in the work you do and the systems/networks we maintain!
 
Responsibilities:
·       Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
·       Configure and install software, servers, routers, and other network devices
·       Monitor network performance and integrity
·       Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure
·       Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness
·       Create, oversee and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery)
·       Communicate with users when needed
·       Maintain complete technical documentation
·       Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability
 
Requirements:
·       Proven experience as a Network or Systems Engineer (3+ years)
·       Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure
·       Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
·       Ability to set up and configure network and server hardware
·       Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
·       Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking
·       Juniper, Cisco, CWNA, or BCNE training
·       Python/Perl scripting experience is highly desired
·       Experience with following solutions in a middle to large enterprise is a plus.
- Software Patching
 - MDM
 - Identity Lifecycle Management
 - Cloud Directory
·       Experience with the following Security platforms is also desirable.
 - Antivirus/AntiMalware
 - SIEM
 - Email Filtering
 - Data Security/PCI/SOC
·       BS degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus

·       Ability to communicate information to stakeholders at all levels in an effective and courteous manner
·       High level of attention to detail
·       Excellent oral and written communication skills
·       Strong work ethic and a make-it-happen attitude
