What We Are Looking For:

As a Network Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales efforts by leveraging your technical expertise and telecom domain knowledge to craft innovative solutions tailored to our global clients. You will work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions that meet the complex requirements of our largest customers, enabling them to scale their telecom infrastructure and services globally.

What You'll Do:

• Work as trusted liaison with product/bus dev/other business leaders to set roadmap and strategic direction.
• Design and architect telecom solutions that align with the requirements of our largest customers.
• Work with product, business development and customers to elicit, analyze, and define solution requirements.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to develop proposals that include telecom networks, connectivity, cloud and application services.
• Act as the technical point of contact for communication solutions during the sales cycle with our clients.
• Provide ongoing guidance, conveying the architectural vision and constraints to the teams during development.
• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, workshops, and proof of concepts (PoCs) that align with the needs  customers & prospect clients
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and provide tailored solution presentations to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with key decision-makers to propose and deliver telecom solutions that drive growth in cloud infrastructure, global connectivity, and emerging technologies through innovation.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive products within our competitor base and the overall telecom ecosystem.
• Advise internal teams on market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape future product and sales strategies.
• Develop ideas into concepts that can be reviewed and validated with potential customers and other key internal stakeholders. This may include prototypes to demonstrate capabilities, as well as concept-level strategy and technology descriptions.
• Active participation in driving Enterprise Architecture maturity within Bandwidth.

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree (in an engineering or computer science discipline strongly preferred)   
• 5+ years of experience working in software development or solution architecture definition or Presales consulting 
• Knowledge of telecom network architectures, integration with hyperscaler platforms, and emerging telecom technologies
• Proficiency in solution design tools and methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business propositions.
