Network Senior Recruiter

As the Network Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Intellect’s global mental health provider network, encompassing clinical psychologists, counsellors, coaches and helpline professionals. You will lead a team of recruiters in hitting hiring targets by driving planning efforts and refining our recruitment processes. Your role will involve conducting local market research, developing strategic hiring plans and ensuring an outstanding hiring experience for all candidates.

  • Focus on growing Intellect’s global network provider pool in assigned markets including LATAM and Europe, sourcing for clinical psychologists, counsellors, coaches and helpline professionals to join Intellect’s network
  • Drive hiring target planning, taking into account market resource requirements, time-to-hire, capacity per recruiter, demand requirements etc.
  • Manage recruiters in a growing team to ensure the team is effective and hitting hiring targets, and report on performance
  • Proactively review and improve hiring, interviewing and onboarding processes to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment strategy
  • Conduct local market research to understand hiring requirements, local manpower regulations and compensation rates to make recommendations on the roles that we hire
  • Activity contribute in the development of hiring plans, strategies and protocols to ensure best candidate pool
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics and implement strategies
  • Oversee all steps of recruiting, including preparation of job descriptions, managing job advertisements on job portals, review of provider applications and supporting documents for thoroughness, etc.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and other similar avenues, and implement new sourcing methods to improve candidate pool
  • Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), conduct and manage the interview process, handle all follow-up communications with candidates
  • Effectively communicate provider information to hiring managers
  • Respond promptly to provider inquiries within defined turnaround times
  • Distribute provider guidelines and application materials to external affiliates/providers during recruitment
  • Complete any other duties associated with the full recruitment life cycle
  • Uphold strict confidentiality of clients' information

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of proven working experience in recruitment and its end-to-end lifecycle, ideally within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Previous experience hiring in a startup
  • Previous experience in managing a team
  • Experience with recruiting full-time, part-time and freelancers
  • Ability to think strategically, problem solve and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with creating and analysing recruitment reports to track metrics and improve processes
  • Prior experience in improving hiring processes and managing hiring databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout recruitment process
