- Partner with EDE management team and other Dynatrace stakeholders to be able to represent network teams needed involvement in new business requirements and translate them into initiatives.
- Stay current with new networking technologies and champion appropriate efforts for the company.
- Create, assign and manage network teams project work. Collaborate with project manager to ensure reporting and timely completion of approved projects.
- Provide leadership and oversight to the network engineering team. This includes regular 1:1’s, staff meetings, sprint and ticket reviews. Mentor staff to achieve personal, professional and department goals.
- Ensures company network infrastructure, including voice, video and data communications, operates as designed and according to established key performance indicators.
- Provide for an excellent customer experience by making sure timely and appropriate responses are provided to end user tickets / requests. Serve as an escalation contact.
- Forster an environment of continuous improvement and promote appropriate network security enhancements.
- Ensures current network policies are compliant with various auditing frameworks including but not limited to ISO27001, SOX, HIPAA, etc.
- Ability to represent networking initiatives clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage relationships of networking vendors, including technology reviews, budgeting, purchasing and renewals.
- Support our growing global network and manage staff of network engineers around the globe.
- Manage global team of at least 5 engineers.
This is a hybrid role out of Detroit, MI.
Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years of previous experience working in a network engineering role.
- 5+ years in a network management role.
- HS Diploma or GED required.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with ITSM tools (FreshWorks and JIRA preferred).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Experience with enterprise firewall & security management tools like Palo Alto, Cisco ACI/DNA/ISE required.
- Telecom familiarity with Zoom and Teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- This position will travel up to 10% of the time.

DOE, salary $140K - $160K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
