Responsibilities
- Assist users in resolving hardware and software issues.
- Support the maintenance and updates of internal company websites, using JavaScript, Python and Django.
- Handle user requests for resources and services.
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring network systems.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or master's program, majoring in Information Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Basic programming skills and interest or passion in coding, with proficiency in JavaScript and Python preferred.
- Basic understanding of macOS and Windows operating systems with knowledge of IT security principles and practices.
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
