The Role

As a Network Architect, you will be responsible in providing technical recommendation on the design of the network infrastructure. His duties are primarily research and development of new technologies for both software and hardware, analyzing the performance of networks, and providing troubleshooting assistance for the network operate team. 

How you'll contribute 

• Provides engineering solutions for enterprise-wide data networking and data security services supporting key business requirements
• Research and recommends new technologies to innovate the bank’s current infrastructure and advancement of technologies in the industry aligning it to business direction
• Provides technical solutions for the establishment and implementation of high availability network solutions, to support convergence of voice, data, and multimedia services, as well as cloud application security architectures
• Testing and validating the network solutions using various tools and techniques, such as lab testing, field testing, performance testing, etc.
• Excellent in problem solving skills.  Logical, systematic and analytical approach.

What we’re looking for

In-depth knowledge of network architecture, design, operations, security, and standards.

• Proficiency in various network devices, technologies, protocols, and standards, such as routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, VPNs, MPLS, etc.
• Experience with various network planning and design tools and methods, such as diagrams, models, simulations etc.
• Experience with various IT infrastructure components and technologies that interact with the network systems, such as servers, storage devices, operating systems, databases, applications, etc.
• Experience with various cloud computing platforms and services that provide or require network solutions.
