Role & missions
Full-time permanent role (CDI) based in Lyon. France.

We are looking for a customer service-oriented IT Technician : working in our IT department, under the responsibility of our IT manager, your goal is to answer queries on technical issues and offer advice to solve them. You will be responsible for the following missions:
- As part of our development, we are looking for a Systems and Networks Administrator with an oriented interest into cybersecurity to expand the technical team.
- Monitoring and development of computer parks.
- Provide support and proximity assistance to information system users.
- Identify and correct incidents detected on different computer supports.
- Plan, prepare and configure different computer hardware.
- Administration in a Windows environment.
- Network administration and supervision.
- Prevention and management of level 2 and possibly level 3 incidents.
- Writing of operating procedures.
- Detection and analysis of security events.
- Keep up to date technical documentation of systems and networks.
- Produce activity, performance and security reports.

Requirements
