Position Summary 

What will you do in this role? 

• Assist in Software Development: Collaborate with our development team to contribute to the design, coding, testing, and debugging of applications.
• End-User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist in resolving IT-related problems.
• Database Management: Support in managing and maintaining databases, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing performance.
• Research and Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry, conduct research, and provide insights to the team.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes, procedures, and configurations.

What do you need to succeed in this role? 

• Sophomore, Junior, or Senior status at time of internship currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  Strong understanding of IT fundamentals and a passion for technology.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with programming languages.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
