Role Overview
KWS are looking for a NetSuite certified consultant with a strong background on procurement (end to end). This individual should be comfortable engaging with stakeholders (junior to mid senior) at both legacy studios and new acquisitions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Absorbing new acquisitions on finance applications
- GAP analysis for absorbing new acquisitions (Procurement)
- NetSuite application configuration with a focus on P2P functionality
- Full data migration (open transactions\master data etc.) and system testing
- Training new users
- User support (c 350 user base) and defect remediation (split shift between Asia & Europe)
- Design of workflows and process enhancement
- Stay current with emerging NetSuite releases\functionality.
Requirements
Skills & Experience Required
- NetSuite certified consultant (Foundation\Administrator) – might suit ex consultant seeking to go in-house
- Strong procurement experience required (end to end experience)
- Background in Procurement a major plus (exposure to Procurify integration highly advantageous)
- Complex multi subsidiary environment experience essential
- Experience working with multiple and remote teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to work within team deadlines.
- Strong communication and team skills.
