Granicus is looking for NetSuite Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize Granicus’s NetSuite Application. As the administrator, it will be critical to understand Granicus’ business process and accounting practices to provide options to improve and support growth, while balancing the cost effectiveness and efficiency of the NetSuite instance.
What your impact will look like here:
- Administer the Granicus NetSuite platform and included modules and related solutions (e.g., Advanced Revenue Module (ARM), Fixed asset, Prepaids, Intercompany, Cash, Net Lease, Zone Advanced Billing software, Avalara/Avatax, AvidXchange payment, etc. )
- Engage with end users to grasp business necessities thus allowing the most effective solutions to issues; maintain user list
- Provide technical assistance to end-users along with holding training sessions on user adoption
- Serve as primary point of contact to NetSuite Support;
- Provide front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data maintenance;
- Plan, review and customize NetSuite as needed to meet needs of staff;
- Develop and maintain of custom application extensions using system API and third party tools;
- Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite’s module and solutions implementations
- Assist with the NetSuite integration or go-live of acquired entities, where applicable
- Partner with third party consultants to design and deliver system improvements
- Develop, document and follow formal policies, procedures and protocols for changes, customization, standards, usage, etc;
- Transpose reports to necessary outlets (google, Salesforce, etc);
- Support Executive team asks as well as Finance requests;
- Maintain user roles and system access working along with HR for onboarding/offboarding;
- Support accounting tasks: AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets within NetSuite;
- Source business requirements and processes and translate into deliverable tasks across various business units ;
- Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, KPI’s, and dashboards.
You will love this job if you have
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite, including customizations and data migration and specialization in NetSuite ERP program
- NetSuite Administrator Certification
- Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model
- Experience overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation and testing
- Ability to support data import process and migration and maintain NetSuite updates
- Create configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet the business needs
- Provide on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite system, including comfort and ability to provide support and user training across department
- Familiar with the NetSuite dashboard and can provide users with relevant reports and KPIs
- Experience in companies working in multi-currency multi-subsidiary NetSuite environments a plus
- Experience in Advanced revenue module (ARM), Zone Advanced Billing, Avalara/Avatax, Fixed asset, prepaid, intercompany modules a plus
- Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
