We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator capable of wearing multiple hats to support our internal financial systems and processes. The candidate should be a motivated self-starter that is committed to quality, customer service, and teamwork. You will work cross functionally to drive key metrics and financial functions, while supporting departmental goals in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, customize, and provide end-user support for NetSuite OneWorld
Collaborate with business users to identify, document, and implement business processes and requirements
Work closely with end-users to define, prepare, execute, and document use cases, scenarios, and test scripts to meet business requirements
Modify and enhance scripts and other automations to align with evolving business requirements
Ensure processes are scalable, flexible, cost effective, and able to meet future business needs
Anticipate the needs of stakeholders affected by process change
Develop and maintain standardized documentation and training materials
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in our systems to minimize risk and maximize usage
Manage and support existing NetSuite integrations
Develop, maintain, and enforce change controls
Co-lead design sessions to identify gaps and opportunities in legacy processes
Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience
Basic business knowledge and standard NetSuite knowledge in various process areas, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory Management, and Record to Report
Experience in system integration and unit testing
Strong process documentation skills
Willingness to learn new technologies
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work directly with senior business leaders across multiple departments
Keen understanding of the systems development and project management life-cycle processes involved with implementing IT solutions
Capacity to consult, advise, and manage expectations for multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
Must be a motivated self-starter that is able to work independently or as part of a team
Additional Considerations
Experience with additional NetSuite modules, including ZoneBilling, Advanced Revenue Management, Automated Bank Statement Imports, Electronic Bank Payments, and Dunning
Experience with SuiteCloud developer tools, including SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteScript, SuiteCloud IDE, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBundler
Experience administering other tools that integrate with Netsuite, including Avalara, Vena, and Salesforce
Experience with Jitterbit or other comparable iPaaS solutions
Expertise with Microsoft Excel
Education/Certifications/Licenses Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or an IT related field, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Engineering
NetSuite Administrator Certification(s)
