.NET Tech Lead
As a .NET Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the design, development, and deployment of high-performance applications using .NET technologies. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring best practices, architectural excellence, and scalable solutions while actively contributing to the codebase.
This role requires both strong technical expertise and leadership skills to mentor team members, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver innovative software solutions.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET-based applications, ensuring best practices and code quality.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions.
- Maintain a hands-on approach by coding, reviewing pull requests, and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Guide the team in microservices architecture, cloud-based deployment, and other modern software engineering paradigms.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security in enterprise environments.
- Mentor and support the development team, fostering growth and technical excellence.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment strategies to enhance development efficiency.
- Research and implement the latest .NET technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
What You Will Have:

7+ years of experience in software development with a strong background in C# and .NET (Core/Framework).

Proven leadership experience in a technical capacity, leading teams or projects.
- Deep understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Proficiency in asynchronous programming, multi-threading, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Blazor) – Advantage.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes – Advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, architecture mindset, and strong communication abilities.
