.NET Innovation Developer

Innovative Cloud Solutions:
Design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions leveraging Azure Cloud
Services to meet evolving client needs.
• AI and Cloud Integration:
Explore and integrate Azure AI Solutions (such as OpenAI, AI Search, Document
Intelligence) into cloud solutions to enable smarter, faster, and more scalable
outcomes.
• Prototyping, Solution Development, and Support:
Support in the creation of proof-of-concept and rapid prototyping initiatives,
experimenting with new technologies to create breakthrough solutions, and bring
them to production, allowing clients and Version 1 to harness their benefits.
• Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on technical strategies, leveraging
communication skills to articulate complex solutions.
• Optimisation:
Monitor and optimise cloud performance, identify opportunities for improvement,
and troubleshoot issues.
• Client Engagement:
Participate in client discussions, presentations, and workshops to understand
requirements and demonstrate innovative solutions.
• Documentation:
Assist in creating technical documentation and presentations that effectively
communicate technical concepts and Azure capabilities

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 3+ years of work experience

Required Skills

•  Minimum 3 years of experience developing web applications with ASP.NET Core/MVC, C#, Web API, Razor pages.
• Strong understanding of OOPs concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns such as MVVM, MVC and component-based architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, especially in cloud infrastructure and service deployment — preferred AI integration with OpenAI experience equivalent.
•  Proficiency in .NET, including its application in cloud environments.
•  Understanding of Azure-native tools (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Cognitive Services).
• • Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on solving complex problems through technology.
•  Knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
•  Willingness to work in the UK shift to collaborate with international teams and clients.

• Experience with AI, particularly with RAG, Prompt Engineering, and OpenAI,
along with an understanding of how to apply them in real-world scenarios.
