Requirements
***All candidates must attach a resume that demonstrates great attention to detail, with clear context and examples of their work***
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, as the team is based in the U.S. (Mandatory).
- Complete Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in your most recent role, demonstrating continuity and expertise.
- 2-3 years knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and ORM (e.g. Entity Framework, Dapper)
- Proficient in C# and object-oriented design.
- 3-5 years of experience working with a SaaS product. (Preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and writing SQL queries
- Experience architecting solutions and data models
- Experience using NuGet Package Manager
- Leading projects from inception to completion
- Experience collaborating with other internal teams
- Availability to work in a hybrid manner at our offices in Guadalajara. (Mandatory).
Bonus:
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Rackspace Cloud;
- Experience with Confluence and / or JIRA.
- Experience in software or healthcare
- Experience with Agile development methodology
Interview Process
- Phone Screening: Conducted by Recruitment.
- Technical Interview: A one-hour technical video interview with our VP of Engineering and a Senior Developer.
- Behavioral Interview: A one-hour behavioral video interview with our CEO and Hiring Manager.
- Final Decision: After these steps, we will be in a position to make a final decision.
