You will collaborate closely with our Product and QA teams to design, develop, and support software products. This role offers a balanced mix of collaboration and independence, encouraging developers to take ownership of their work while also benefiting from team input and feedback.

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality .NET applications (C#, SQL, JavaScript).
- Collaborate with the Product and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for Microsoft SQL Server.
- Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Take part in Agile development processes and sprints.
- Lead development projects from initial concept to final delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience developing full-stack .NET solutions (C#, SQL, JavaScript).
- 2-3 years of experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and ORM technologies (e.g. Entity Framework, Dapper).
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design and architecture in C#.
- Experience working on SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and writing optimized SQL queries.
- Experience with project architecture and data modeling.
- Experience with NuGet Package Manager.
- English proficiency at a professional level, both written and spoken.
- Must reside in Guadalajara or be willing to relocate.
- Available to work in a hybrid model (partially remote, partially in-office).
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or cloud solutions like Rackspace.
- Experience with project management tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
- Experience in the software or healthcare industries.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
