Key Responsibilities:

Manage Business Projects and Develop Strategies: Manage product-related tasks for upcoming PC & console games, including the DLC for Lies of P.

Coordinate Projects through Collaboration: Work with development and marketing teams to ensure smooth project coordination.

Propose Game Improvements: Suggest game enhancements based on market analysis and performance evaluation.

Global Launch and Operations Management: Manage global launches and operations, including localization and customer support.
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in business, operations in the gaming industry.
- Extensive experience in playing PC & console games with a deep understanding of the market.
- Ability to create documents based on logic and data.
- Proficiency in English at a native speaker level.
- Strong sense of responsibility and excellent collaboration skills.
Portfolio submission is required (free format, focused on career highlights).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in launching and servicing PC & console games.
- Experience playing NEOWIZ console games.
- Business-level proficiency in Korean.
