Location: Bydgoszcz, PL

Period of Performance: 2025 BASE - from 01/01/2025 to 31/12/2025 – maximum 2000 working hours with the possibility to exercise following option:
2026 Option - from 01/01/2026 to 31/12/2026 – maximum 2000 working hours

1. Introduction
This Statement of Work (SOW) describes the requirement for a services of the Contractor in the NATO CIS Group 3 NATO Signal Battalion Headquarters, S-3 Section.
2. Scope of Services
- planning, preparation, execution sustainment and maintenance of all internal training exercises and NATO exercises and operations within 3NSB area of interest.
- producing communications plans and orders for training exercises, deployments and support to operations to the deployable CIS organization and ensuring Deployable Communications Modules (DCMs) are compliant with the same standards.
- In the provision of the required services the contractor will be requested to drive the vehicle, up to 3,5 tonnes, with passengers for long distances.
3. Background, Work Site Information and Environment, Travel
NCISG 3 NSB HQ is located in Bydgoszcz, Poland and co-located with Polish Military Unit in a typical Secure Facility. The work will be conducted mostly at this location and will be performed mostly in a Normal NATO office working environment. Normal Working Conditions apply.
The services may be required to be performed in other NATO military and or exercise sites.

Requirements
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
4. Language
- English: Listening, speaking, reading and writing shall be at a NATO level of English 3322
The work both oral and written in the post and in the Headquarter as a whole is conducted mainly in English.
5. Knowledge & Qualifications
- Good knowledge of NATO structures and organizations and as well as NATO operational areas.
- Good knowledge of activities that conduct operational and tactical requirement analysis, and include coordination of policy with external entities and agencies.
- Knowledge of the overall planning, preparation, execution sustainment and maintenance of training exercises and NATO exercises and operations.
- Knowledge of producing communications plans and orders for training exercises, deployments and support to operations the deployable CIS organization.
- Good Communication skills, both verbal and written in English
6. Essential Qualifications
- ITIL Certification(s) at Foundation on an intermediate level: ITIL V3 Foundation, ITIL V3 Operational Support and Analysis (OSA)
- Formal project management approach Certification: (PRINCE 2 Foundation)
- Must be familiar with modern office equipment and have adequate computer skills (MS Office at least: Word, Excel, Power Point)
7. Professional/Experience
- At least 5 years of previous staff experience (planning of operations) at the military or governmental organization or private companies.
- Experience with planning and operation management, participating in the overall planning, organizing, and directing of ops and plans, courses.
- Practical experience in ITIL concept based services implementation.
- Practical experience by using a formal project management approach (PRINCE2).
8. Education
- Higher education (at least bachelor degree) at IT related area and basic training in engineering or related discipline for specific task related skills, with 5 years' experience
9. Desirable Qualifications
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Project Application.
- Driver License B.
10. Quality Assurance
A formal monthly meeting between the individual and the supervisor/alternative will be scheduled in order to evaluate performance
