NBD Sales Associate Manager

Job Description

  • Independently own new business opportunities exploration, and closely work with team leader and top management on key strategic development on new business to meet annual business targets.
  • Maintain and develop relationship with current clients with a plan to cross sell and introduce new services
  • In-depth client engagement by insightful and actionable business advice
  • Ensure maximum client satisfaction through high level of client service standards in line with client expectations
  • Achieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery and productivity targets as well as other related business development objectives as assigned by continuous monitoring of actual vs budgeted performance, budget restrictions and proper pricing
  • Based on Nielsen’s iconic Retail Tracking service, collaborate with cross practice teams to provide total solution to client business issues by developing strategic initiatives for each client
  • Oversee the management and conduct of assigned research projects including preparation, approval and delivery of proposals, reports and presentations

As an Associate Manager in business development, you will take lead to develop new business opportunity and manage a group of existing clients in order to maintain and grow client base so as to achieve greater client satisfaction and deeper client engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 years research or marketing experience in leading Market Research/FMCG/Retailing companies, experience in team leader or people manager position is more desirable
  • Strong client focus, proactive to engage client, excellent client service skill
  • Expertise in product marketing and brand marketing. In-depth understanding of at least 2 major FMCG categories
  • A consultant mindset in problem diagnosis and actionable solution propose based on data and data analysis
  • Strong commercial sense with in-depth understanding of trade marketing strategy
  • Good logical thinking and analytical skill
  • Good presentation skill
