Responsibilities:
Professional leadership of the entire Sales Organization in Berlin including the growing Business Development Team and one Business Development Team Lead (10-25 FTE)
Performance management for the growing team, encompassing 1:1 interactions, strategic planning and conceptual work
Ensure precise forecasting/reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Enhancing the handover process between our pre-qualification teams in Business Development and our Sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and top-tier client service
Engaging in jameda & Docplanner global initiatives, scoping global input and develop meaningful projects within the German market to assure an innovative and successful approach
Highly professional client consultations and being ready to close major deals with our biggest clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including direct Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, to align sales strategies with company goals, customer/prospect need and ensure successful execution
Development and training of future team leads and managers
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, management or economics or a related field
You bring strong conceptual skills which are an essential for strategic planning and innovation within our sales organization
Your political & strategic Mindset help you navigating complex business landscapes within the thriving market of the healthcare industry
Your previous SaaS-Experience is essential for understanding the dynamics of the Software as a Service industry and forge and uphold a robust network within the industry
Creating and Communicating Vision: Essential for inspiring and aligning the team towards common goals.
You are fluent in German (minimum requirement C2-level) and English (minimum requirement C1-level)
Strong grasp and hands on experience with all stages of the sales funnel (hunting, qualifying, closing)
Extra Credit:
You already built up a sales organisation/team within the SAAS-Segment
You are experience in working outside of the given tracks
