We are now recruiting for a National Sales Director (Utilities & infrastructure) to join the Civils & Drainage senior leadership team. As National Sales Director you will be responsible for developing, leading and driving the national sales strategy within the water, infrastructure, and utilities sector.
So Whats the Mission?
Ensuring the achievement of ambitious growth targets through a commercially focused approach, the role will involve developing, and leading a high-performing team of Business Development Managers, building and fostering a high-performing results-oriented culture, as well as cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with senior-level customers in the water and utilities sector.

You will bring a proven track record in sales or commercial leadership, with demonstrated success in driving a sales team to exceed targets. With strong commercial acumen, you will possess a deep understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and profit optimization, using data-driven decisions to fuel business growth.
You will offer:-
Experience in the water, infrastructure and utilities sector, with a strong track record in successfully managing sales to major projects is highly desirable.
