National Sales Coordinator
Full-Time Position
 
We are seeking a National Sales Coordinator to join our team and provide essential support to our sales department nationwide. The sales coordinator will assist with administrative tasks, handle customer inquiries, and collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales efforts and grow within our dynamic organization. 
 
The National Sales Coordinator will have the opportunity to:
- Oversee and optimize the engagement of inbound group leads.
- Responsible for booking all group orders city-wide, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Provide support in the contracting process for various sales segments, contributing to a streamlined workflow.
- Serve as a dedicated resource for setup and servicing all partners through our distribution platforms, handling onboarding and maintenance support.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to create sales presentations, activity reports, and promotional materials.
- Support the creation, production, and implementation of marketing/sales materials and promotional tools.
- Generate reports and liaise with the finance department to facilitate monthly payouts for specific commissioned partners.
- Support partner training programs to improve sales performance while organizing familiarization tours, which involve managing invitation lists, coordinating receptions, and distributing tickets.
- Collaborate with box office teams to facilitate partner setup and address any ticketing requirements as necessary.
- Review partner websites from both marketing and sales standpoints to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure the ongoing accuracy and currency of all records and account databases, encompassing sales records, contact details, profile information, contractual agreements, and any correspondence pertinent to partnerships, utilizing Sales Force. This entails vigilantly managing contract documentation, facilitating contract processing, and meticulously tracking all relevant particulars - Fulfill any additional responsibilities, miscellaneous projects, and duties as delegated by the Director of Sales. 
 
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- The position requires a minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience.
- Experience within the Entertainment, Hospitality, or Sports Industry is considered an asset. 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Ticketing system(s) is favored.
- Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships internally and externally.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Verification of the right to work in the United States for Blue Man Group, as demonstrated by completion of the Form I-9 upon hire and the submission of acceptable documentation (as noted on the Form I-9) verifying one’s identity and work authorization
- Able to pass a background check, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
