Role: Music School Brand Representative – Bristol

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 

Salary: £26,000 per annum + up to £3,000 commission

Note: £26,000 pa is effective from 1st October 2024. If you start before this date, the starting salary will be at the current rate of £24,000 pa, until 1st October 2024, when the pay increase takes effect.

Holiday: 12 weeks paid holiday a year 

Location: This is a travelling role. Prominently you will be in schools around Bristol but there may be times throughout the year where UK travel is required. 

Fuel: Fuel card included in addition to salary (Driving Licence and own transport is an essential requirement for the role)

The Role 

  • Deliver music assemblies and workshops in primary schools across the UK
  • Excite and inspire children aged 4-11 to want to learn an instrument in a rock band
  • You will perform daily in front of the most energised and captivating audience in the world - Children
  • Create lasting relationships with the school’s staff
  • Ensure a smooth experience for new schools starting our lessons

Skills and Experience 

  • Multi-instrumentalist - skilled on at least 3 of: drums, guitar, keyboard and vocals
  • Have excellent communication and social abilities with both children and adults
  • Dynamic, confident and approachable
  • Thrive on performing and public speaking
  • Personable and people focused
  • Sales experience preferred, but not a requirement (we provide training)
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Have a full UK driving licence and own transport
