About the Role

An independent artist/songwriter is seeking a dedicated music producer to collaborate on the production of two full-length albums, comprising over thirty original songs in the rock and pop genres. This is a comprehensive remote production project requiring full-time commitment and expertise in modern music production techniques.

Responsibilities

• Produce and arrange 30+ songs across two albums
• Create professional-grade instrumental arrangements
• Mix and master all tracks to industry standards
• Collaborate closely with the artist on song development
• Provide creative input on arrangement and production choices
• Manage project timeline and production milestones

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional music production experience
• Proven track record in rock and pop music production
• Expert knowledge of modern DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of music arrangement and composition
• Extensive experience in mixing and mastering
• Professional home studio setup with quality monitoring system
