Who we are:

An in-house design team that creates a wide variety of graphic/web design and video content. We work exclusively with multinational businesses in CluneTech, creating worldwide exposure for our work. We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Multimedia Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you'll be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality photo and video content, as well as crafting visually compelling graphic designs for both digital and print.

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Multimedia specialist to join our creative team.

The position is entirely on site, in our Varna based office!

Key Responsibilities:

Photography & Videography:

• Capture engaging photo and video content for a variety of purposes including marketing campaigns, social media, internal communications, and events.
• Edit and enhance footage using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effect, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
• Ensure consistency in style, color, and branding across all visual content.
• Operate and manage audio/visual equipment and software for content production.
• Archive photographic images and maintain the database of images.

Graphic & Web Design:

• Design graphics for digital and print materials, including banners, social media posts, brochures, presentations, etc.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

Collaboration & Creativity:

• Collaborating with the other designers in the team and the marketing people to provide aesthetic and functional materials.
• Following the established practices and processes of the design team while identifying and recommending areas for improvement.
• Maintaining a strong team ethic.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in photography, videography, and video editing (portfolio or reel required).
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Figma is advantage
• A keen eye for detail, creativity, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good level of English
