As part of the Sales Enablement organization, you’ll act as the “executive producer” of programs that empower our teams with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. This role involves creating dynamic, high-impact video series and digital training content for our Global Enablement Catalog, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop, promote, and deliver engaging programs. Your Impact
Creative Program Development & Content Creation - Develop and deliver high-quality, video-based training programs and interactive digital content across multiple formats—including virtual, and video series—to engage and empower our global sales teams.
Collaborative Production - Partner with instructional designers, sales leaders, and technical experts to develop engaging training materials that captivate and inform. This may include hosting on-camera segments and interactive video broadcasts.
Innovation in Learning - Incorporate modern learning strategies such as gamification, storytelling, and audience engagement techniques to create lively and effective training experiences that align with adult learning principles.
Impact Measurement - Design assessments to evaluate program success and learner engagement, using feedback and data to continuously improve the content.
On-Camera Engagement - Appear on camera to host or facilitate video content, bringing energy and authenticity to internal broadcasts and recorded segments.
Your Experience
At least 5 years of experience developing and delivering engaging enablement programs within a B2B software sales environment.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to convey complex ideas in an accessible and engaging manner.
Experience hosting or producing video content, podcasts, or edutainment-style training, especially tailored for sales teams or technical topics.
Proficiency with video production tools such as Camtasia or Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
A passion for innovation and a drive to go beyond traditional training methods, with a background in media, video hosting, or interactive content creation.
Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and a strong understanding of B2B software sales processes.
Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
Experience in video production or media production.
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Palo Alto Networks Cybersecurity Apprentice and Cybersecurity Practitioner certifications are also strongly encouraged

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $118000 - $191500/YR.
