Optime Group are searching for experienced Multi-trader Plumber to join a well-respected and successful client based in Guildford (Surrey). This job offers full time hours and overtime opportunities. This is a very enjoyable role with a great company providing fantastic conditions and facilities.
What’s on offer:
- Salary: £17.50 per hour (depending on experience)
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
- Shifts: Monday to Thursday - 08:00 am to 17:00 pm
- Company Van
- Weekly Pay (every Friday).
- Immediate Start!
- Temp to Perm (performance related).
The successful applicants will join this growing business which provides quality reinstatement works in domestic houses for large insurance companies. Trustworthiness, integrity, maturity and attention to detail are key
Multi traders must have qualification in one of the below core skills with high level of experience in a further two.
- Carpentry (general)
- Plumbing
- Gas
- Tiling
- Decoration
- Roofing
- Brickworks
- Flooring
- Bathroom fitting
- Kitchen fitting
Skills & Experience:
- Experience working on-site in domestic properties
- Client facing, ability to interact with property owners, discuss issues or concerns they may have.
- Qualified by experience OR trained tradesperson (City & Guilds etc.)
- Organised, clean worker, able to produce excellent quality work in occupied or unoccupied residential properties
- This is a manual job so a good level of fitness is required
- Team player but also able work independently
- Full clean driving licence is a must
- A can-do attitude, ability to adapt to different situations
Additional Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work to deadlines, maintaining quality of end product
- Able to work as part of a team to achieve required results
- Demonstrates a positive attitude
- Promotes a flexible approach.
- Ability to organize workload.
- Full understanding of Company Risk Assessments.
