We are actively interviewing for experienced maintenance professionals to support a multi-site technician role….One for the West side and one for the East side

What You Need:
- 1+ years’ experience in maintenance
- HVAC Certification (various systems)
- EPA License
- CPO License
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work on-call rotation (1 week, every 6 weeks)
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
- Knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
- Extensive repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposals
- Water heater knowledge both electric and gas
What We Need:
- Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Heating, Ventilation, and Air Condition needs
- Maintaining property grounds
- Preventative maintenance
- Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
- Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members
