  • Job Description

    As a MuleSoft Software Engineer you follow good practices and project guidelines in all cases including the use of source code control, automated testing and deployment approaches, promoting test-case-based development, and proper documentation practices.

    Strong hands-on skills with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API development experience with Anypoint Studio.

    As MuleSoft Support Engineer you will have following key accountabilities:

    • You will design and script test cases in line with the defined business scenarios provided by the business analyst.
    • You will execute the test cases, documenting any defects.
    • You will maintain test cases using postman collections.
    • You will use available tools to ensure that all APIs meet the highest standard of security and performance.
    • You will look to automate functional testing.
    • You will investigate integration issues together with the development team.
    • You will support the development team in creating mocked APIs.

     

    Now that we've introduced you to the position as MuleSoft Support Engineer, what skills, qualifications and experience should you have?

    • Self starter, you should be able to work independently.
    • You should be able to work in a dynamic agile team environment.
    • You should be conversant with testing tools such as Postman etc.
    • You must have experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
    • You must have experience testing APIs and Integrations

    Excellent written and verbal skills are essential.

    Troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve difficult problems quickly.

    Ability to methodically step through problems to understand where the problem originates and how to best resolve it.

    Ability to take “total ownership” of assignments to resolve issues and drive them to completion.
