This position reports to the Head of Brand for Mr D.
Your responsibilities will include:
Content Development and Coordination
- Oversee the end-to-end process of content creation, from ideation to publishing.
- Coordinate with writers, designers, and multimedia specialists to produce content.
- Ensure all content meets quality standards and reflects the brand's voice and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar, managing timelines and deliverables.
- Implement project management tools and methodologies to streamline content production.
- Liaise with other department heads to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
Strategic Content Alignment
- Align content initiatives with marketing goals and broader business strategies.
- Analyze market trends and audience preferences to guide content strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate content campaigns with promotional activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Organize cross-departmental meetings to guarantee alignment and efficient workflow.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather input and feedback on content direction and performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
