Key Contributions:
- Oversee the daily operation and management of assigned facilities and programs, including scheduling and assigning work to staff and coordinating with staff, subcontractors, and/or vendors.
- Maintain the building and common areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
- Ensure that all building systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Provide services to co-owners and tenants concerning the various utility systems in the unit.
- Responding to co-owners or tenants' inquiries, requests, or complaints and resolving any problems or issues.
- Negotiate and manage all building service contracts, such as janitorial, landscaping, etc.
- Prepare and administer the annual budget for the building, ensuring that all expenses are controlled and within allocated amounts.
- Arrange the board of committee meetings and Annual General meetings.
- Coordinate with the project developer about defect works to be solved both in the common area and in the units.
