What We're Looking For

Our Accounting Team is looking to hire a standout team member who likes working in a fast pace high energy environment. This person should have a solid understanding of the loan life cycle and accounting for loans. Responsibilities:

Perform reconciliation and validation procedures over loan accounting, including calculation of interest income/expense, recognition of fees, charge offs, ALLL and analytical yield reviews
Liaise with business units and other departments in implementing accounting controls around new and existing products
Monitor and analyze large amounts of loan data
Ensure proper accounting methods, policies and principles are applied
Work with internal and external auditors in the completion of annual audits

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in a public accounting firm or accounting experience in a private company
Experience in Banking or Fintech Industry is preferred
Proficient understanding of loan accounting
CPA is preferred
Advanced Computer Skills – Experience working with Core Banking GL systems

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00
