Overview: We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join Movement School Charleston's School Field Team with the primary goal of increasing enrollment and generating interest in our educational programs. As a vital part of our marketing efforts, the Field Team will play a key role in promoting the school to prospective students, parents, and the community at large. This position requires a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
1. Community Outreach: - Engage with local communities to build awareness of our school and its programs. - Distribute promotional materials, such as flyers and brochures, at community events, fairs, and local businesses. Flexible, Weekend Work Available, Minimum 8-hour shift; 1-5 shifts per week; potential for performance bonus.
2. Event Coordination: - Plan and execute on-campus and off-campus events to showcase the school's facilities, faculty, and programs. - Coordinate with school staff to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
3. Social Media Promotion: - Actively participate in online conversations and forums to promote the school's positive image.
4. Community Ambassadors: - Recruit and train additional community ambassadors to assist with promotional activities. - Organize ambassador-led tours and information sessions.
5. Collaboration with Local Partners: - Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and educational institutions to create mutually beneficial promotional opportunities.
6. Data Collection and Reporting: - Collect and report data on the effectiveness of promotional activities. - Provide regular updates on outreach efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.- Enthusiasm for education and a genuine belief in the value of the school's programs.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to develop and implement engaging promotional strategies.- Comfortable with public speaking and networking.- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.- Self-motivated, driven, goal-oriented leader.- Skilled communicator with the ability to connect with and engage a wide-range of individuals and groups with diverse perspectives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma; college degree preferred.- Live in the metro Atlanta area- Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or related fields is a plus.- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
