The Role: Moulds Manager
Availability: Full-time with an ability to work mornings, afternoons, holidays and occasional weekends and overtime.
The Moulds Manager plays an essential role in growing talent at Lush through the development of their people and by sharing best practices within their department. You know how to be curious about opportunities for improvement and how to be real with feedback and support. You lead a team of mould-makers and tool and die makers to produce all moulds required for North American production. You support Lush’s sustainability goals by reducing plastic waste, making moulds just-in-time to meet our fresh production needs, and supporting our growth towards a vision for closed-loop mould manufacturing. As a growing business, Lush needs people that can adapt and evolve to the needs of our business, and analyze and respond to product launch needs.
