About the Role

As a Graphic Designer at Tritility, you will be responsible for creating motion graphics, with a secondary focus on standard graphic design across digital and print. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop captivating visual content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience.

Reporting to our Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Design and produce compelling motion graphics for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, presentations, and more.
• Support with digital and print graphics for marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, info graphics, assets for email campaigns, in alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design and motion graphics to continuously elevate the quality and impact of visual assets.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Maintain organised digital asset libraries to facilitate efficient workflow and resource management.

The role will be based from our Jarrow office with some flexibility for hybrid working, covering our standard working hours of Monday to Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm, and Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm with no evenings, no weekends, and an early finish every Friday!
