As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be an integral part of our People & Culture team, serving as our go-to video expert. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Designers, turning briefs into engaging narratives daily. Intrigued? Keep reading for more details.
As a Motion Graphic Designer at Insider day in and day out:
- Create visually compelling motion graphics and animations that effectively convey messages related to our culture, employee engagement, internal communications, and HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team to understand project objectives and conceptualize creative motion graphic solutions.
- Edit video footage, and add motion graphics, special effects, and other elements to enhance visual storytelling.
- Ensure all multimedia content aligns with the company’s branding and visual guidelines.
- Continuously explore new design trends and technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the People & Culture initiatives.
- Create motion graphics and visual materials for company events, including presentations, conferences, and training sessions.

- Utilizie several design tools for consistent brand identity
